Dairy in the Classroom

Second graders at Kernan Elementary had an excellent time learning about dairy this week. The class explored the different types of cows and their roles, including the key differences between beef and dairy cows and how they're raised. To wrap up the lesson, students played a fun game moving "cows" to greener pastures before enjoying refreshing chocolate milk.
