Thank you to Patrick Mannion, our New York State Board of Regents representative, for visiting Thomas R. Proctor High School this morning! He met with Principal Ann Marie Palladino and members of Proctor's Junior ROTC, including Master Chief Wayne Lane.
Mannion represents New York State’s 5th Judicial District, covering Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Oneida, Onondaga, and Oswego counties.
